Shipping
All orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority depending on size, weight, and costs. All orders will be updated with tracking once the order has shipped. All orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. Unless the order is placed after 10 AM PST on Saturday or on Sunday. Orders with lead times like sachets will ship once orders have been made.
Returns
Since we are selling and shipping natural products we do not accept returns. However, we stand by ALL of our products. Therefore, we want you to contact us IMMEDIATELY if there are any issues. We will make sure we make things right. We are a family farm and want to make sure everyone is happy.
