These Lavender Bunches are sorted for length and uniformity and ready for resale
Our Lavender field bunches are exquisite hand-selected bunches of long-stemmed lavender. We choose only long, straight, and uniform bunches to be field bunches. We take each bouquet and we clean the stems removing any leaves and debris. Each bunch is approximately 150 stems and boxes 56 bunches to a box.
All of our lavender bunches are hand-harvested and hung to dry in a century-old barn. These bunches are then sorted for stem length, straightness, and size. Only the best bunches are selected for our bunches. The bunches that don’t make the cut are used for culinary bud or crafting bud.
